A week left.
So here we are again, a week away from moving [knock on wood] this time I'm not taking any extra risks. I'm literally going to as few places as I can before Sara gets here on Friday. I'm not taking any dry-run out to the airport, I'm not going to the city, I'm not going anywhere I couldn't get to with my eyes closed. So that basically limits me to going to maybe Blockbuster and Ian's. Sure it might be boring, but I sure as hell don't want to have to use my insurance plan again.
That said the trip has a new addition to it, Atlantic City, sure it's going out of our way to then turn around and go the direction we came, but it's not something I think we'd get a chance to do again. I'm also broke as a joke so I won't really be doing a lot of gambling but that's ok. What does suck is that I have to clean my room again, man the things we sacrafice in the name of women.

Isabel?
I think it's kind of amusing to see how freaked out people in this area get whenever any sort of 'odd' weather comes this way. Normally it's people forgetting how to drive in the snow whenever we get more than an inch of snow, now it's people thinking the sky is falling thanks to Isabel. Really people the things moving at around 4mph, and will probably hit land in the Outer Banks [where my folks were but aren't anymore thanks to Isabel] and by the time it gets here it'll be nothing more than rain and maybe some wind.
That said I did finally get my new bank check-card thanks to people stealing my account # and charging friviolous things like web-hosting, because as we all know, I don't need any new webhost. I also recieved a little statement from SunTrust saying "Hello, and welcome to the next 5 years of you paying us money every month and us letting you keep your car!" Which I was more than happy to recieve because yesterday I recieved a little letter from Wachovia saying "We're sorry, you're too big of a schmuck for us to lend you any money!" Needless to say I was slightly freaked out beceause I had no clue wtf it meant since I hadn't heard anything from the dealer about the loan falling through...then I thought about it some and I realized I didn't even know who the loan was through. So thanks to the SunTrust thing I now answered two questions!
All I have to do now is kill about two weeks. Which is a helluva lot harder when you have no job. Time goes by so slow when you're bored.

If you're reading this then the DNS changeover has happened and I'm now on my new host, so yay for that. And yay for the changeover. Now I'll just have to get working on getting the other neato things [gallery, forums, etc] setup and working.

New Car
Yipee, I finally managed to buy a new car, thanks to my parents lending me some money, and the money leftover from what the insurance company gave us for the Focus I bought an Elantra with pretty much everything I wanted. ABS, a/c, cruise control, power windows/locks, remote entry, traction control [which is a plus in Denver] and it's in my color [Silver] about the only minor downside is the upholstery color, but even that's not too bad.
Either way I'm happy now that we got a car for a decent amount of money with all the things I wanted in it. Pictures will come soon don't you worry.
